Alongside the launch of its new visual brand and positioning, TCD client BCU Bank sought to refresh its brand photo library.

The customer-owned bank was looking for a suite of imagery that their team could use across physical and digital assets. The images had to retain and engage existing customers, as well as appeal to and attract new customers, while showcasing the products and services that BCU Bank offers. It was particularly important that the images avoided that telltale ‘stock photography’ look.

We worked with BCU Bank’s Creative Design Lead to mood board the photography style and set the visual tone for the shoot.

With that established, we sought out talent and created a detailed brief and shot list for the multi-day shoot in the bank’s original home of Coffs Harbour.

Our team travelled to Coffs Harbour and worked across a number of locations to capture shots in branch, in home, at a cafe and at an industrial location. Check out the behind-the-scenes action on the TCD Instagram here, and some of the selects below.
