As the Client Services Executive at The Content Division, you’ll be the go-to contact for a number of our B2B and B2C retainer and project clients. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be super organised, an excellent communicator, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
- Take detailed client briefs, understanding their vision, goals, and specific requirements and translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Organise and lead internal briefings where required, ensuring all team members understand deliverables and deadlines.
- Contribute to retainer and project work ideation and strategy generation for client campaigns, projects and content.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical departments, to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with the Client Services Lead, Operations Director or Managing Director, preparing necessary documentation and follow-up notes.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Monitor retainer/project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and identifying any potential issues early.
- Review all deliverables before they are sent to clients, ensuring they meet the client brief and they meet The Content Division’s high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly (and sometimes ad hoc) reports for clients.
Required Skills
- Two to three years in client services, account management, or a similar role within a digital agency
- Thorough understanding of the marketing industry and trends
- Proven experience across a range of marketing tools, project management tools and software
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships and trust across a range of clients under a variety of circumstances
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Briefing and people management skills
- Analyse reporting and metrics across a range of platforms
