- Edit and deliver polished video content across a range of formats – brand films, social content, interviews, and more
- Manage post-production workflows including colour, audio, graphics, and versioning
- Collaborate with the Video Director and wider creative team to bring briefs to life and contribute your own ideas
- Maintain and keep stock of production equipment, flagging requirements or upgrades when needed

- Comfortable working as part of a small creative team, taking direction and contributing your own ideas
- The ability to juggle production, camera, and editing responsibilities across different projects
- A collaborative, low-ego approach – you care about great work, not just your credit on it

- Experience across documentary, commercial, or social-first formats
- An understanding of content strategy and how video fits into broader campaigns
The important bits
