How we created a content hub to energise and inspire Brisbane’s business community

An initiative delivered by Brisbane Economic Development Agency, Brisbane Business Hub is a physical and online space where Brisbane’s business community comes together to learn and grasp new opportunities. With free workshops, events and one-on-one mentoring with industry leaders, the physical hub is accompanied by online resources for Brisbane business owners and entrepreneurs wanting to learn new skills, grow their business and connect with like-minded professionals.

Amplifying in-person events and conversations

While the focus of the Brisbane Business Hub is to connect and empower business owners in the flesh, the brand’s online assets extend the reach of the in-person events, conversations and success stories that come out of the Hub on a daily basis. This allows Brisbane Business Hub to connect with more aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs to help foster success and support across the city.

The Content Division was engaged at the conception of the Hub to help amplify these stories, through always-on written and video content in line with the brand’s strategy and content pillars.

We work closely with Brisbane Economic Development Agency to identify stories and connect with industry experts to share insights on a regular basis. From storytelling videos profiling some of Brisbane’s best business success stories to event capture, we’re bringing the Hub to life online to be shared across social media and email to the rest of the Hub’s growing Brisbane network.


Video content is produced and optimised for various social media formats and article content is repurposed for social and across the Brisbane Business Hub site.

Our team has also helped with the Brisbane Business Hub website copy as the Hub initiative has transformed through multiple stages.
