As a Digital Content Producer at The Content Division, you will manage the day-to-day activities of our clients’ social media accounts, including planning and writing content, creating and coordinating visual assets, posting, and monitoring engagement. You will also play a key role in tracking and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns.

  • Oversee the daily management of clients’ social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
  • Develop and write compelling social media posts that align with client strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate the production of visual content, including images, graphics, and short videos, to use across client social accounts.
  • Manage the posting schedule, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of content across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts for engagement and interaction, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyse the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the Social Media Lead.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead and other team members to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.


  • 2+ years experience managing brand or creator social media accounts.
  • Experience using social media management and reporting tools.
